Directors

Neil Thorne

Started the company in 2011, he has 20+ year’s experience in the pub industry and is CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualified. Neil previously worked in various roles in a leading off-licence company. His favourite pastimes are spending time with his family and friends, golf, running, formula 1 and cycling.

Emma Thorne

Emma joined the business in 2016. She has 30+ years leadership experience in service, manufacturing and retail sectors. Emma is now studying for the level 3 AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification. Her favourite pastimes are spending time with family and friends, running, walking and cycling.

Accountant & Payroll

Tracey Maddock

Tracey joined the team in 2013 and has spent over 30 years in accountancy. She has a Business and Finance BTEC Diploma qualification and is Xero payroll certified. Her favourite pastimes are her family, the gym, food and socialising with friends. Tracey’s role in the team is payroll, bookkeeping and management accounts.

Fionnagh Thomson

Fionnagh joined the team in 2014 and has spent over 30 years in accountancy roles. Fionnagh’s qualifications include a HNC in Business and Finance, AAT level 4, ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) train the trainer and an NVQ in Leadership. Fionnagh is now studying CIMA. Her favourite pastimes are her family and golf. Fionnagh’s role in the team is tax, bookkeeping, management accounts and technical support to the team.

Debbie Dowdall

Debbie joined the team in 2018 and has over 30 years in accountancy roles in the construction industry and licence trade. Debbie’s qualifications include AAT level 4. Her favourite pastimes are her family and friends, walking, travel and cooking. Debbie’s role in the team is tax, bookkeeping, management accounts and customer visits.

Alex Stoica

Alex joined the team in 2020 and he has spent 9 years in accountancy and business development roles. He is studying CIMA and has a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Alex enjoys spending time with his family, is a keen football supporter and was a professional handball player.

Vicky Wenlock

Vicky joined the team in 2014 and has worked in a variety of business roles for over 20 years. Vicky is studying for the level 3 AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification. Her favourite pastimes are going to the theatre, good food and holidays. Vicky’s role in the team is bookkeeping, management accounts and HMRC fillings.

Julie Haines

Julie joined the team in 2012 and has worked in a variety of business roles for the previous 30+ years. Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, keeping fit and travelling. Julie’s role in the team is payroll and HMRC administration.

Liz Noller

Liz joined the team in 2017 and has worked in business administration roles for over 20 years. Liz enjoys spending time with her family and friends, keeping fit and travelling. Liz’s role in the team is payroll and administration.

Emma Hilton

Emma joined the team in 2018. Emma has spent the previous 5 years in a business administration role. Her favourite pastimes are spending time with family and friends, cricket and travelling. Emma’s role in the team is payroll.

Accounts Assistant

Caroline Weightman

Caroline joined the business in 2016, is honours degree qualified and has over 25 years in business administration roles. Her favourite pastimes are listening to music and dancing. Caroline’s role in the team is bookkeeping.

Zoe Butcher

Zoe joined the business in 2019, is honours degree qualified and has 20 years in business administration roles. Her favourite pastimes are spending time with family, musicals and dog walking. Zoe’s role in the team is bookkeeping.

Paula Parsons

Paula joined the business in 2019 and has done a variety of business roles for over 20 years. Her favourite pastimes are spending time with family and friends, travelling and exploring different cuisines. Paula’s role in the team is bookkeeping.
